Michael Oliver
Michael Oliver is the Founder and CEO of Purpose Companies.
As a seasoned business owner with over two decades of entrepreneurial experience, Michael is known for being a trailblazing visionary with a servant's heart.
Before Purpose Companies, Michael founded Principle Homes. Principle Homes allowed Michael to gain first-hand experience in many significant areas of real estate, including acquisitions, capital raising, short-term rental management, capital raising, entitlements, and construction management of single-family homes. Before transitioning into commercial real estate full-time, Principle Homes grew to a team of 13 and completed over 90 transactions.
Michael is a father of four and an avid traveler (visiting over 16 countries). His passions include health & wellness coaching, real estate coaching, and serving the community through the support of non-profits and mentorship of at-risk youth. "A life of service to others leads to a well-lived life," says Michael. He is committed to growing as a thought leader and philanthropist while advocating for economic equality and greater diversity in commercial real estate.
